Fully Furnished 3-bedroom Apartment (sleeps 6)

Casa Bruar has 3 spacious bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a family bathroom; a fully fitted kitchen; a large living area and balcony. 

Master Bedroom with en-suite. A very spacious bedroom with a triple wardrobe.  

Bedroom 2 – "The Sunny Bedroom" - double bedroom with wardrobe; walk straight out of your patio door onto the balcony.  

Bedroom 3 – twin room.  

Family Bathroom; with shower.

The Kitchen & Utilty is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven. There is plenty of crockery, glasses and serving bowls for you enjoy al-fresco dining on the balcony! 

Living Area leads onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and childrens play area.

We have Sky TV with a select number of British channels. If you wish to bring your own Sky card with you, it does work in Spain and will provide you with your full range of "home" channels. (please remember to take the card home again !) 

There is also a DVD player and i-pod docking station, so you can watch movies or listen to music – again, bring some with you. We do have a selection in the apartment for you to use.

The Balcony is very large and has 4 loungers for you to stretch out on and enjoy the sun (you can take these down to the pool if you wish). There is a large table and 6 chairs. The balcony has the sun from lunchtime until sunset.

We also have some toys, books, games and pool aids, these are stored under the sofa. A hair-dryer, iron and board are in the apartment too.

The Pool - At the moment, the pool is open from mid-June until the end of September.

No Smoking - Please do not smoke in our apartment.

Air Conditioning - The apartment does have air conditioning both cold and hot. 

Please Note - Casa Bruar is located on the 2nd floor. There is a lift which allows wheel-chair access from all floors. There is a private car-parking space and lock-up within the underground basement, which is also accesible by lift.
