Rental Prices for Casa Bruar.

The price for the apartment is per week as below and is subject to confirmation. Please contact us by e-mail at casabruar@hotmail.co.uk

A 50% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. Please arrange to pay us the balance 6-weeks before your departure. 

ALL PRICES ARE IN EUROS

January - March

Up to 4 persons = 330e; up to 6 persons = 480e

April - June

Up to 4 persons = 400e; up to 6 persons = 560e

July - September

Up to 6 persons = 600e

October - November

Up to 4 persons = 400e; up to 6 persons = 560e

December

Price on request

The apartment will be fully cleaned and ready for you to use. Plenty of additional clean bed linen and towels are available in the apartment. There will be no maid service during your stay, so please keep the apartment clean and tidy as you go along. Feel free to use the washing machine to do any additional washing. Ironing board and iron are also in the apartment.

A charge of 40 euros (for up to 4-people or 60 euros for 6-people) will be charged for the cleaner/laundry upon your departure.

Please contact us if you wish to arrange a short stay, we will be happy to accomodate you and your party. Changeover days are entirely flexible depending on other bookings and timings etc.

Discounts are available for long term rentals.
