Flights and Directions

Almeria Airport

Approximately 40 minutes away.

Try Easyjet; Ryanair and Jet2.com - all available from English Airports. There does not appear to be any low-cost carriers who fly from Scotland to Almeria at the moment.  However you will find a number of tour operators offering charter flight deals during the peak season.

Malaga Airport

Approximately two and half hour drive along the lovely coastal road (typically Spanish, with twists and bends !) A new motorway is presently being built, which will reduce the journey time to approx one and half hours. If you are flying from Scotland, Malaga is your best bet.

Try Easyjet and Flyglobespan.

Murcia Airport

Situated approximately 3-hours to the North East of Almerimar. Murcia is serviced by Ryanair from Glasgow Prestwick and may be worth looking at. However, you will have to book these flights early to get your best deal.  

Car Hire is pretty much essential to fully enjoy your stay in Costa Almeria. Make sure you shop around but prices are very reasonable.
